"Felt like I kept getting passed around"
I was expecting a better selection of cards and gift items, but there really wasn’t much to choose from. I asked around a bit and felt like I was being passed from one person to another without much help. I did find a couple things, but overall it was limited.
"Return worked out, but it dragged a bit"
I had to return one item, and to be fair, everything went through fine in the end. That said, I’m not the most patient person when it comes to exchanges, so it felt slower than I would’ve liked. Customer service did get back to me, just not exactly quickly. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in a rush.
"Search and filters didn’t really help"
I tried using the search and filters, but it got frustrating. The results didn’t really match what I selected, so I kept having to go back and tweak things over and over. It ended up taking way longer to find anything than it should have. I’ve used other sites where the filters just... anyway, this wasn’t a great shopping experience.
"Wish the shipping info was more specific"
I just wish there were more real shipping details provided. I tend to notice patterns with this kind of thing, and when updates are vague or the timing keeps shifting, it makes me unsure what to expect. A clearer tracking timeline, carrier info, and realistic delivery estimate would make the whole experience feel a lot more reliable.

"Hard to fully trust the stock info"
I ordered because the site showed the item was in stock, but then my order got changed after the fact. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, just frustrating. It definitely made me a little less confident that the inventory info on the site is accurate.

"Decent variety, I don’t know why I expected a bit more"
The card variety is decent overall, but I don’t know why, I just felt like there could’ve been more options. It’s not bad by any means, just could use a little more to keep things interesting.

"Decent deals, but I was hoping for better savings"
I mainly went on trudyshallmark.com looking for promos and discounts because I’m careful about what I spend. They do have some deals, and the checkout process was smooth, plus the code I tried worked without any issues. That said, the discounts weren’t always on the items I actually wanted, and even after applying a promo, a few things still felt a little pricey to me. It’s not a bad site at all, but I wish the offers were easier to find and felt like more of a real bargain.

"Okay updates, but I was still waiting around a bit"
I got my order confirmation from Trudy's Hallmark fast, so that part was totally fine and I wasnt worried at first.
The updates did come in, but they werent as clear as I was hoping. I had to check a couple times just to figure out where my order was and if it was actually moving.
Overall it wasnt a bad experience, just kinda average. I might order again, but probably only if I’m not in a big rush.

"The product photos felt off to me"
I was browsing the site and the photos just didn’t feel right. They looked blurry in a weird way, especially around the edges and in the close-up details, like the lighting and shadows didn’t quite match. Maybe I’m being picky, but when I can’t clearly see things like the texture or little product details, it makes me hesitate. I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering from this site based on those photos.

"Payment options felt a little limited to me"
The payment process was fine overall, at least from my experience. I was able to check out without any real issue, but I personally would’ve liked to see more payment choices or clearer details earlier in the process.
Nothing actually went wrong, so I wouldn’t call it a bad experience. It just felt a bit basic to me, and if they added a few more payment methods, I’d probably feel better about using it again.

"I went in expecting a normal..."
I went in expecting a normal, friendly visit, but the staff came across kind of cold and not very helpful. On top of that, I kept having to verify the same things over and over, which got frustrating fast. It just didn’t feel like a welcoming experience, and I probably won’t be going back.

"Package Arrived Completely Crushed"
I was shocked when this showed up. The package looked like it had been through a wrestling match and lost badly. The packaging quality was just awful, and I couldn’t believe it arrived in such rough shape.

I tried ordering a few Hallmark ornaments, but almost every one I wanted was listed as unavailable. I checked back later thinking maybe they’d restock, but it was the same thing. What made it even more frustrating was trying to get help and feeling like I was stuck in a support loop with no real answer. It’s annoying to see the ornaments on the site if you can’t actually buy them.

"Checkout felt like a hassle"
Checkout ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. My cart showed one price, but once I put in my address, the shipping and tax changed, which gave me a bit of a bait-and-switch feeling. Then the page froze and made me enter my card info again, so the whole thing felt clunky.
My order did eventually go through and I got the confirmation email, so it wasn’t a complete disaster. But for what should’ve been a simple Hallmark order, it took way too much time and patience. I’d probably only order again if I really needed something specific.

"Torn because I usually love this brand"
I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, so I really want to keep feeling good about shopping here, but the prices are kind of hit or miss. Some items seem fair enough, while others feel a little higher than I’d expect. I still like the brand, I just wish the pricing felt more consistent...

The gifts were fine overall, but not as unique as I was hoping. I’ve seen similar items in a lot of other places, so it didn’t feel that special. I also expected a faster response when I reached out, which would’ve made the experience better

"Arrived damaged and still not resolved"
My order showed up damaged, which was frustrating enough, but trying to get it fixed has been even more stressful. I’m careful about where I order from because I don’t like taking chances with damaged items or poor support, and this experience didn’t give me much confidence. Responses have been slow, and I still don’t have a real solution.
